Refund Policy

At AirLeap, operated by G-Vayu Robotics Pvt. Ltd., we invest significant resources in program planning, trainer allocation, drone kits, workshop preparation, logistics, digital resources, and school coordination prior to each session. Due to the nature of our educational workshops and training programs, all payments made to AirLeap are subject to this No Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds

All registration fees, workshop fees, booking amounts, advance payments, sponsorship payments, and program charges are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

This policy applies to:

• school workshop registrations;
• student enrollments;
• drone training programs;
• certification programs;
• robotics and aviation workshops;
• internship-linked programs;
• online or offline sessions; and
• any associated educational services or kits.

2. Missed Sessions

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for:

• missed classes or workshops;
• late arrival or early departure;
• participant absence for any reason;
• failure to attend scheduled sessions; or
• removal from a program due to misconduct or violation of safety rules.

3. Rescheduling by AirLeap

If AirLeap reschedules a workshop or event due to operational, technical, weather-related, school-related, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered:

• a revised date;
• an alternate batch;
• an equivalent session; or
• another reasonable arrangement determined by AirLeap.

Such rescheduling shall not make the participant eligible for a refund.

4. School or Parent Cancellation

If a school, parent, guardian, or participant chooses to cancel participation after registration or payment, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

5. Digital Products and Learning Materials

Any access provided to digital courses, study materials, recorded sessions, certificates, online content, downloadable files, or training resources is non-refundable and non-returnable.

6. Force Majeure

AirLeap shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• extreme weather;
• government restrictions;
• internet or technical failures;
• transportation disruptions;
• pandemics;
• strikes; or
• other emergency situations.

No refunds shall be issued in such cases.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered where:

• required under applicable law; or
• explicitly approved in writing by an authorized representative of AirLeap.

Any approved exception shall be entirely at AirLeap’s sole discretion.
