- Junior Aviators Program: Pre-School to Grade 3, ages 4–9.
- Vayu-Aviator: Grades 4–12.

Activities may include drone assembly, flight simulation, supervised piloting, soldering, configuration, firmware setup, maintenance, design exercises, and certificate-based learning outcomes. Program details shown on the website may include 1-day, 4-hour junior sessions, 4-day advanced sessions, or 7-day engineering sessions, depending on the selected track.
We may update curricula, schedules, hardware, teaching methods, certificates, rewards, or instructional formats at any time to improve the program or accommodate operational needs.
3. Registration and Enrollment
Registration may occur through a school, through a parent/guardian, or through any other method made available by us. The school may choose a student self-payment model or a school sponsorship model, depending on the arrangement offered for that program.
You agree that:

4. Fees and Payment
Program fees, discounts, and payment instructions will be communicated at the time of registration or by separate written communication. Where school sponsorship or bulk arrangements apply, those terms may differ from individual registrations. The website states that some school-sponsored programs may include bulk discount structures for registrations.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- fees are payable in advance;
- fees are non-transferable unless we approve otherwise;
- discounts, scholarships, or rewards are offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn; and
- a registration is confirmed only after payment verification, where applicable.
5. Attendance, Conduct, and Safety

We may remove any participant from a session without refund, or deny future participation, if we believe the participant has created a safety risk or violated these Terms.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
Participation in drone and robotics activities may involve physical, technical, and operational risks, including but not limited to equipment handling, battery use, soldering, moving parts, pilot error, and minor injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that supervision, training, and safety procedures reduce but do not eliminate them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants and their parents/guardians assume responsibility for participation in the activities and agree to follow all instructions provided by AirLeap and the hosting school.
7. Equipment and Property
Any drones, kits, tools, accessories, learning materials, or other property provided during a workshop remain our property unless expressly sold or transferred in writing. Participants must handle all equipment carefully and return any borrowed items at the end of the session, if applicable.
